Change or cancel an order

Once your order has been place, if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details (including order number). We will endeavour to change/cancel your order unless your order has already been despatched.

If your order is already despatched or has been delivered, please contact us to arrange a return of any unwanted items. Providing they are as new and unopened, we can organise a return for you.

To add more items to your order, please place a new order via our website or get in touch with our helpful team.

Bespoke or made-to-measure items are non returnable.

Missing, incomplete or damaged order

We hold items in stock for fast delivery. If we find we are out of stock on any items you have ordered, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and advise on any delays. You can then decide whether you would like to wait, order alternative products or cancel the items from your order.

If you do not receive your order within the stated time, please contact us to let us know, we can then update you.

If any items within your order have arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and in any case with 48 hours of receipt so that we can organise replacements. Please note, if you do receive a damaged item, do not attempt to use the item as this is then classed as acceptance and means we will not be able to arrange return.

If you find an item is faulty (this does not include any cosmetic damage or other faults which would have been noticeable before fitting) after you have fitted it, please contact us as soon as possible to organise it to be fixed or returned.
